涟钢紧凑式带钢生产线( CSP)辊底式隧道炉位于连铸机与轧机之间。合理的传送点是确保板坯最佳在炉时间、提高隧道炉缓冲空间的关键。基于板坯温度跟踪轨迹,结合连铸机两线生产的特点及轧制节奏的要求,建立传送点控制模型,实现板坯温度跟踪和传送点计算。现场应用效果表明,该模型通过动态设定传送点协调了铸机和轧机的节奏,使两者处于最佳平衡状态。
漣鋼緊湊式帶鋼生產線( CSP)輥底式隧道爐位于連鑄機與軋機之間。閤理的傳送點是確保闆坯最佳在爐時間、提高隧道爐緩遲空間的關鍵。基于闆坯溫度跟蹤軌跡,結閤連鑄機兩線生產的特點及軋製節奏的要求,建立傳送點控製模型,實現闆坯溫度跟蹤和傳送點計算。現場應用效果錶明,該模型通過動態設定傳送點協調瞭鑄機和軋機的節奏,使兩者處于最佳平衡狀態。

The tunnel furnace for CSP ( Compact Strip Production) of Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is located between the thin slab caster and the rolling mill. Reasonable transfer point is the key to ensure the best in-furnace time for the slab and increase the buffering space for the furnace. Based on the slab temperature tracking path,the transfer point control model is built combining the characteris-tics of double line cross production and the demand of mill pace to track the slab temperature and calculate the transfer point. Application results show that this model coordinates the pace of the caster and the mill to make them be in the best balanced state by setting the trasfer point dynamically.
