黄精是我国传统的中草药，属于药食同源性药材。黄精多糖作为黄精的一种重要药用成分，具有多种生理功效。本文就近期我国学者对黄精多糖的化学组成、含量测定方法、提取方法、主要功能特性等方面的研究进行了分析总结，对黄精多糖的的研究前景进行了展望，以期为黄精多糖的开发利用提供参考。

Polygonatum sibiricum Red. is a traditional Chinese herb used as medicine and food. Polygo-natum sibiricum polysaccharides are critical medicinal ingredients possessing multiple physiological func-tions. In this paper, the recent research of Chinese scholars on the composition, methods of content de-termination, methods of extraction, main features of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides and other as-pects were analyzed and summarized, and the research prospect of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides was also looked forward to. The article provided reference for the development and utilization of Polygo-natum sibiricum polysaccharides.
