文章通过梳理现有文献,区分了组织中不同层次沉默行为(组织沉默、员工沉默)的概念内涵,并辨别其与建言行为的差异。从结构维度、测量工具、影响因素和影响效果四个方面分别概述组织沉默和员工沉默的研究成果。结果发现:现有文献主要研究个体层次沉默行为的影响因素与影响效果,未来研究需要从个体、领导和组织等多方面去研究不同层次沉默行为的产生机制和影响机制。

Based on reviewing the extant literatures,this paper differentiates the concept content of silence behavior in orga?nizations at different levels (organizational silence, employee silence), and analyzes the difference between silence and voice. The paper summarizes the research achievements of employee and organizational silence from four aspects of structure dimension,measurement tools,influencing factors and outcomes respectively. The results indicate that the extant literatures focus on the study of influencing factors and outcomes of individual silence,and the future research should study the forma?tion mechanism and influencing mechanism of different levels of silence behavior in terms of individual,leader and organiza?tion,etc.
