目的 分析和探讨复合小梁切除及中远期眼球按摩治疗青光眼的临床效果.方法 选取我院2012年2月至2013年2月收治的70例(78只眼)青光眼患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组患者行标准小梁切除术,观察组患者采用复合小梁切除及中远期眼球按摩治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果作比较分析.结果 两组患者术后5d、2周眼压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随访3~12个月,观察组患者手术成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在青光眼复合小梁切除后,进行中远期眼球按摩,有利于确保手术治疗效果,减少浅前房及中远期滤过道瘢痕化并发症,促进功能性滤过泡形成,对治疗青光眼具有重要的临床价值.

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of glaucoma with trabeculectomy and mid - long term eyeball massage.Methods:In our hospital in February 2012 to 2013 in February were 70 cases (78 eyes) of glaucoma patients, according to a random number table method and divided into control group (n = 35) and observation group (n = 35). The control group underwent standard trabeculectomy, the observation group were treated by composite trabecular resection and long-term eyeball massage therapy, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients for comparative analysis.Results: The postopera-tive 5D and 2 weeks of the patients in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), and the success rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), 3~12 months.Conclusion:In glaucoma combined with small beam after resection, forward eye massage, is to ensure that the effect of surgical treatment, reduce the light in front of the mid and long term filtering bleb scarring complications, promote functional filtering bleb formation, for treatment of glaucoma has important clinical value.
