根据钢铁企业电网的实时控制需要,建立供电网络模型,并采用厂级控制方法对实时控制系统进行分析。在此基础上采用分层控制、逐级细化的思想对整个系统进行重新设计,建立钢铁企业电网的综合优化协调控制系统,该系统由超前优化调度、协调优化控制和常规控制构成。在超前优化调度环节对未来电网的潮流变化趋势进行分析;在协调优化控制环节,通过改进超前自动发电控制( AGC)和电力需量控制( PDC)的控制策略,提高了有功功率调节的响应速度;并采用交叉迭代的方法对AGC及自动电压控制( AVC)的控制指令进行校核修正,得到综合协调控制指令,最大限度地降低了两类指令的相互影响。系统投入使用后,实现了钢铁企业电网系统经济性和安全性的综合优化协调控制。

According to the requirement of real time control in iron and steel enterprises,a power sup-ply network model is established,and the real time control system is analyzed by using factory-level control method. Then the whole system is redesigned based on the thought of hierarchical control and step-by-step refinement. Thus the comprehensive,optimizing and coordinating control system for pow-er grid in iron and steel enterprises is constructed,which consists of advanced optimization schedu-ling,coordinating optimization control and conventional control. The power flow change tendency of the power grid in the future is analyzed in the phase of advanced optimization scheduling. The re-sponse speed of active power adjustment is raised by improving the control strategy of AGC ( Auto-matic Generation Control) and PDC ( Power Demand Control) in the phase of coordinating optimiza-tion control. And the control commands for AGC and AVC ( Automatic Voltage Control) are checked and revised by using cross-iteration method to obtain the comprehensive, coordinating control com-mands,which reduces the influence between these two commands to the most degree. After this sys-tem is put into use,the comprehensive,optimizing,coordinating control of the economy and safety of power grid is realized.
