我国网络银行采用全流程网络化运营的银行商业模式，分为直销银行和电商系网络银行两类。基于波特五力模型对网络银行业竞争态势进行分析，发现存在在位网络银行产品和服务同质化，传统商业银行和大型电商企业设立的网络银行进入行业门槛低，电子银行和互联网金融对网络银行替代性强等问题。以浙江网商银行为例，电商系网络银行应依托电子商务平台、轻资产运营、大数据的支持，实施成本集中和差异化集中的竞争战略组合。

China’s network bank adopts a business model of the whole process of online operation,which can be divided into two types:direct banks and network banks owned by E -commerce companies.This analysis of the competitive situation in network bank industry is based on Porter’s five forces model,and the result shows that there are many existing issues,such as the homogenization of products and services of network banks,low industry barrier to entry,substitutability of electronic banking and internet finance and other problems.Taking Zhejiang Network Business Bank as an example,network banks owned by E -commerce companies shall take a combination of competition strategies of cost focus and differentiation focus strategy relying on advantages of E -commerce platform,light asset operation,big data,and integrating its own present situation and dynamic change of the competitive environment.
