为研究高压开关柜内部局部放电检测方法的有效性,利用35kV智能试验开关柜,在其内部设置高压导体尖端缺陷,运用脉冲电流法和暂态对地电压法(TEV)进行局部放电检测,并通过TEV法进行局部放电源的定位.经现场实际应用可知,脉冲电流法和TEV法是检测开关柜局部放电的有效方法,且两种方法需要配合来综合确认;脉冲电流法抗干扰能力差,TEV法抗干扰能力强,对局部放电源准确定位和能够不停电检测局部放电.

In order to study the validity of detection method of the high voltage switchgear internal partial discharge, in the 35 kV intelligent test switchgear, the high pressure conductor cutting-edge defects were set. The pulse current method and the transient earth voltage (TEV) method were used to carry out partial discharge detection and the TEV method was adopted to carry out the location of partial discharge sources. After actual application on site, the results show that the pulse current method and the TEV method are the effective ways to detect switchgear partial discharge and the two ways need to be match up to afifrm comprehensively. The pulse current method has bad anti-jamming ability, while the TEV method has strong anti-jamming capability, being able to position accurately and to detect partial discharge without power outages.
