本试验通过在断奶仔猪饲料中添加合生素,研究合生素对断奶仔猪生产性能、腹泻频率和饲养经济效益的影响。240头断奶仔猪,分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复2栏猪,每栏20头。在试验组基础日粮中添加500 g/t合生素。试验分两个阶段进行,试验前期14 d、试验后期17 d,共31 d。试验结果表明,使用合生素试验前期、试验后期和试验全期日增重分别提高6.60%、12.97%和10.50%,料肉比分别降低了4.46%、7.73%和7.82%;试验全期平均发病率和弱猪比例分别降低59.00%和74.54%;试验后17天和试验全期,腹泻频率分别比对照组低70.02%和10.49%;在试验后期和试验前期,腹泻指数分别降低了49.04%和14.17%。平均增重效益比对照组提高了3.19%,全期饲养成本比对照组降低了1.02%,全期产出投入比比对照组提高了4.34%。由此可见,在饲料中添加合生素可以提高断奶仔猪日增重,降低发病率和弱仔猪数,降低断奶仔猪后期的腹泻频率,降低软粪的产生,提高饲养经济效益。

The effects of synbiotics on the growth performance, diarrhea frequency and economic effectiveness of weaned pigs were studied.A total of 240 weaned pigs were divided into two groups (the control group and test group)with three replicates of two columns each,20 pigs in each column.Synbiotics was added to the basic ration of test group by the ratio of 500 g/t.The experiment included two stages:the first 14 days and the later 17 days,31days in total.The results showed that synbiotics improved average daily gain(ADG) by 6.60%,12.97%and 10.50%in the 1st,2nd and whole stage respectively;decreased the feed conversion ratio(FCR) by 4.46%,7.73%and 7.82% respectively;in the whole period,the average morbidity in the test group decreased by 59%,weakling piglet rate decreased 74.54%;and synbiotics had no sig-nificant effect on the accident rates of the weaned pigs;the diarrhea frequency was 70.02 and 10.49% lower than that of control group respectively in the later 17 days and the whole period;the diarrhea index in the 1st of the experiment and the whole period decreased by 49.04%and 14.17%respectively.Compared with the control group,the average weight gain benefit of the test groups raised by 3.19%,all the feed costs reduced by 1.02% and output-input ratio increased 4.34%. The results indicated that adding synbiotics to the feed could increase ADG,decrease the morbidity and weakling piglet rate,reduce diarrhea frequency and the incidence of soft muck and also could promote economic benefit.
