对比研究了两种采自非洲肯尼亚的天然火山灰和粉煤灰作为掺和料用于混凝土的关键技术指标,即流动度比和活性指数,并通过试验研究了复合石灰石粉、物理激发和化学激发3种方式对其改善效果。结果表明:天然火山灰流动度比稍差于粉煤灰,活性指数与粉煤灰相差无几,作为掺和料用于混凝土具有较高后期强度发展潜力。复合10%掺量石灰石粉能够改善天然火山灰性能,机械激发效果较好,化学激发效果相对较差。

The key technical indicators of concrete, fluidity ratio and activity index, are researched using two mining materials from Africa and Kenya’ s natural volcanic ash and fly ash. Through the experiment, this paper researches improvement effect of three excitation ways on the fluidity ratio and activity index which is compound lime stone powder, physical excitation and chemical excitation. The results show that flow ratio of natural volcanic ash is a little smaller than fly ash, but activity index of natural volcanic ash and fly ash is almost the same, moreover the natural volcanic ash as a blending material for concrete has high strength in the late development potential. Composite doped with 10% lime stone powder can improve properties of natural volcanic ash. The mechanical excitation effect is good, but chemical excitation effect is relatively poor.
