以涉海类高职院校的特点为出发点,剖析现在教学管理中存在的问题,提出构建高职生"四位一体"全程导师制模式,通过教师与学生之间"导"与"学"的关系,实现学生全面发展,并对导师的职责、聘任、激励与考核等进行了简要的探讨.

In this paper, starting with the characteristics of the ocean-related higher vocational colleges, we analyzed the problems existing in the teaching management system of these colleges, proposed to build the four-in-one whole process tutor system mode to regulate the tutoring of the teachers and the study of the students, and at the end, discussed briefly on the responsibility, appointment, motivation and review of the tutors.
