洛阳博物馆新馆工程大跨度预应力框架梁采用后张有黏结预应力施工工艺,施工过程中应加强其预应力施工控制,特别是张拉过程中的预应力损失监控及测试十分重要。通过精确计算出摩阻损失系数,测定出特征截面的应力和应变值,并与理论设计验算值进行对比分析,可达到精确控制预应力施工质量的目的。

In Luoyang New Museum, the prestressing loss monitoring and testing play very important role in the process of tensioning, especially for the prestressed control of the construction sequence of a large span prestressed frame beam adopting the post?tensioned prestressed technology. The measured values of stress and strain of the beam characteristic cross section are compared with the theoretical design calculation ones, based on the coefficient of friction loss accurately obtained in this paper. Finally, it can achieve the purpose of precise control of the prestressing construction quality.
