试验以改善饲料品质、提高饲料利用率为目的。以粪肠球菌复合菌和不同比例的油菜秸秆和皇竹草为研究对象,旨在通过不同水平的粪肠球菌复合菌和不同比例的皇竹草与油菜秸秆进行组合青贮,探讨不同组合对油菜秸秆与皇竹草混合微贮品质的影响,为油菜秸秆与皇竹草混合微贮提供理论支持和科学的技术依据。试验采用3×3的两因素试验设计,共设9个处理组,每个处理组3个重复。微贮45 d后,进行感官评定和相关指标的测定。结果表明:(1)以Ⅱ组的感官评价得分最高(18分),其次为Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ处理组(16分)。(2)Ⅵ组pH值最低,并显著低于Ⅸ处理组(P<0.05)。(3)Ⅸ组DM含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ处理组(P<0.05)。(4)Ⅱ组CP的含量与Ⅲ、Ⅴ组差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ处理组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(5)Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组的VBN含量较低,且显著或极显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ处理组( P<0.05或P<0.01)。(6)Ⅱ组的VBN/TN的比值最低,且极显著低于其它8个处理组(P<0.01),其次较低的为Ⅲ、Ⅴ处理组。(7)NDF含量高的为Ⅶ、Ⅳ处理组,差异不显著(P>0.05),其次为Ⅰ、Ⅸ处理组,但与Ⅳ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。(8)ADF含量低的为Ⅷ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ,差异不显著(P>0.05)。(9)Ⅲ、Ⅴ的WSC含量显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组。综合本试验研究结果,适宜的微贮组合为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ,即油菜秸秆∶皇竹草(3∶7)+粪肠球菌复合菌为150 mg/kg、油菜秸秆∶皇竹草(3∶7)+粪肠球菌复合菌为300 mg/kg、油菜秸秆∶皇竹草(4∶6)+粪肠球菌复合菌为150 mg/kg。

The purpose of this experiment is to improve the quality of feed and increase feed utilization rate.Taking enterococcus faecalis composite bacteria and rape straw and Pennisetum of different proportions as the research object,different levels of Enterococcus faecalis composite bacteria and emperor bamboo grass and rape straw of different proportions were silaged to explore the effect of different combinations on the storage quality of mixed-ensilaged rape straw and emperor bamboo grass and provide theoretic support and technical basis for the hybrid microbial ensilage of rape straw and emperor bamboo grass.The test used two factors and 3 ×3 experimental design,a total of 9 treatments,each treatment consisted of 3 replications.After 45 days micro storage the sensory evaluation and related indexes were determined The results were as follow:( 1) GroupⅡhad the highest score in sensory evaluation(18 points),followed by groupⅢ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅷ(16 points).(2) groupⅥhad the lowest pH value and was significantly lower than groupⅨ( P<0.05) .( 3) The DM content of group Ⅸwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ,ⅣandⅦ(P<0.05).(4) The protein content of groupⅡwas not significantly different from that of groupⅢandⅤ( P>0.05) ,while significantly higher than that of the other 6 groups (P<0.05 or 0.01).(5) The VBN content of groupⅡ,ⅤandⅥwas significantly lower the other 6 groups (P<0,05 or 0.01).(6) Group Ⅱhad the lowest ratio of VBN/TN and was significantly lower than that of the other 8 groups(P<0.01).(7) The highest content of NDF appeared in groupⅦandⅣ.There was no significant difference between the two groups( P>0.05) .The higher content of NDF appeared in groupⅠand Ⅸ,and there was no significant difference between group Ⅳ and groupⅠ,Ⅸ(P>0.05).(8) GroupⅧ,Ⅱand Ⅴ had low ADF content without significant difference from each other(P>0.05).(9) The WSC content of groupⅢ、Ⅴwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ,Ⅳ,ⅥandⅦ( P<0.05 or 0.01) .The test results showed that the suitable micro-storage combinations were groupⅡ,ⅢandⅤ,namely rape straw mixed with emperor bamboo grass and enterococcus bacteria at the ratios:3∶7 +150 mg/kg,3∶7 +300 mg/kg and 4∶6 +150 mg/kg.
