新郑国际机场T2航站楼主楼屋面为蛋壳形双曲面网架结构,主楼区域室内为大跨度高大空间可翻转式鱼鳞面大吊顶,以自身对角线为轴沿屋面进行转动以满足室内自然采光的要求,绿色节能环保,形式新颖,为国内首创。吊顶系统曲面造型复杂,面积大、施工难度高,旋转单元有7°~38°共28种角度。通过设计方案优化、三维模拟以及严格的测量计算,采用螺栓栓接工艺,通过专业定制翻转轴调节角度以达到鱼鳞面观感效果,整套系统结构牢固,抗震、抗风及安装、拆卸方便,能适应网架屋面变形,较大地缩短施工工期,降低工程成本。

Eggshell shaped and hyperboloid grid frame structure roof is designed for Xinzheng International Airport terminal T2 with large span and space reversible cornice planed ceiling indoors in the main building area. It can flip over along the roof, taking self?diagonal as the axis to meet the requirement of the indoor natural lighting. In addition, with the green energy?saving, environmental protecting and novel form, it is the first domestic innovation in China. This large?area surface modeling of ceiling system is complex and difficult to build. The rotating unit has 28 kinds of angle from 7°~38°. Through optimization of the designs,3D modeling, strict measurement and calculation, using bolting connection technology and professional customization of turning shaft for regulating the angle, it gains the cornice planed impression effect. With the characteristics of firm structure, resisting seismic and wind, convenient to install and dismantle, the whole system can adjust to the deformation of the grid roof, greatly shorten the construction period and keep the project costs down.
