郑州新郑国际机场二期扩建工程T2航站楼沿结构边外围设计124根钢筋混凝土独立斜柱,斜柱截面尺寸最大1200mm ×1600mm、悬挑高度18?2~28?6m,整体向外倾斜6?75°。通过深化设计、受力计算和三维模拟,主要介绍一种整体自提升式模板加固施工技术,该技术方案形式新颖、定位准确、用材简单,有效保证斜柱倾斜度满足要求,施工效率提高1?5倍,施工质量优良,效果显著,为超高超大截面独立斜柱施工提供了新思路。

Along the out edge of the Xinzheng International Airport terminal T2 , 124 reinforced concrete independent oblique columns are designed, in which the biggest section size is 1 200mm × 1 600mm, the cantilevered height is 18?2 ~28?6 m and the wholly outward inclination is 6?75 ° . Through detailed design, force calculating and 3d simulation, this paper mainly introduces construction technology of integral self?lifting type template reinforcement. The technical scheme has new form, accurate positioning and simple materials. And it even can effectively guarantee the inclination of columns, increase the efficiency of the construction as 1?5 times with perfect construction quality. This technical proposal offered a new idea for construction of super?high large?section independent oblique columns.
