目的 本研究对人结直肠癌中长链非编码RNA-CASC11的表达情况进行检测,同时分析其表达水平与临床病理因素之间的关系,探讨CASC11在结直肠癌诊断、预后分析等方面的临床意义和价值.方法 运用qRT-PCR检测76对结直肠癌及癌旁正常组织中CASC11的表达水平.通过Logistic回归和Log-Rank方法分别分析其表达水平与临床病理因素和预后的关系.结果 发现CASC11在结直肠癌组织中存在明显的表达下调(P=0.001),并且与肿瘤转移存在负相关(P=0.037,OR=0.321).同时CASC11的低表达患者表现出更差的预后(P=0.017).结论 结直肠癌中CASC11的表达下调预示不良预后.

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) CASC11 in colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues,and to determine its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and its impact on patient prognosis.Methods The expression of CASC11 was detected by qRT-PCR in 76 pairs of CRC tissues.Relationship between the expression level of CASC11 and various clinicopathological features and prognosis of CRC were analyzed by logistic regress and log-rank,respectively.Results Our results showed that CASC11 was down-regulated in colorectal cancer (P =0.001),and the expression of CASC11 was strongly associated with metastasis (P =0.037,OR=0.321).Patients with CASC11 down-regulation had lower overall survival rate than those with high CASC11 expression (P =0.017).Conclusion The down-regulation of CASC11 may represent a novel and potentially independent biomarker for the prognosis of CRC patients.
