郑州新郑国际机场T2航站楼建筑面积48?45万m2,航站楼?~?轴下穿有城际铁路、地铁通过,该区域简称共建区。两者工期均较为紧张,需在非外界因素干扰下施工,且城铁上部为航站楼行李系统控制中心占地区域,传统的先深后浅施工安排无法满足总进度需要。经过多次设计优化和研讨,确定了城际铁路盖挖施工整体思路,即共建区上部设计54m长转换大梁,既满足下部通车空间需要,又可将跨度范围内航站楼荷载通过转换梁传至地下承台,梁上部铺设贝雷架操作平台,既充当共建区航站楼1层主体结构满堂架支撑系统,又为下部城际铁路施工创造封闭、安全的盖挖环境,确保两者能同步施工。该联合施工方案在确保施工安全、解决垂直运输、缩短工期方面进行了积极探索,为新郑国际机场T2航站楼缩短总工期180d以上,创造了较大的经济和社会效益。

The built?up area of Xinzheng International Airport terminal T2 is 484?5 thousand square meters, and there crosses an intercity railway and a subway engineering below the terminal from axis 12 to 15, whose area is short for jointly constructed zone. Time limit for the both projects is tight, the construction needs a condition without external factors, in addition traditional construction method of first deep?then shallow can’ t satisfy the total progress due to the control center of baggage system area above the intercity railway. After many times of design optimization and research, integrated thinking of intercity railway covered?excavation construction is defined. This paper designed transfer beams with a length of 54 meters above the jointly constructed zone, which not only meets the lower traffic space and will deliver the terminal load in span range to the underground caps through transfer beams. There lays a bailey frame platform on the transfer beams to act as full scaffold support system for the main structure of terminal within the jointly constructed zone, and on the other hand it creates a closed and safe qualification for covered?excavation construction of lower intercity railway, ensures that both can be constructed synchronously. The joint construction scheme actively explored the aspects of ensuring the construction safety, resolved the vertical transportation and shortening the time limit for the construction, saved the time limit of Xinzheng International Airport terminal T2 over 180 days and created great economic and social benefits.
