甲醇含量是白酒检测中一个重要的指标,通常采用品红-亚硫酸分光光度法测其含量,该方法易受反应温度、反应时间等因素影响,对测量条件进行了优化,即氧化时间15 min、还原剂用量1.0 mL、显色时间40 min、测量波长590 nm,在该条件下获得的标准曲线的线性较好,测定的精密度和回收率均符合要求。

The methanol content is an important index in liquor detection, the fuchsin-sulfurous acid spectrophotometry is usually used to determine methanol content in liquor, and the method is easily affected by the reaction temperature, reaction time and other factors. In this paper, the measurement conditions were optimized, and the best conditions were obtained as follows: the oxidation time 15 min, dosage of reductant 1.0 mL, coloration time 40 min, measuring wavelength 590 nm. The standard curve obtained under above conditions has well linear, the precision and recovery rate are in line with the requirements.
