研究针对多种型号的机动车转向系统测试平台的多参数监测需求,开发研制了一套多功能物理量在线实时监测系统,给出了主要硬件和软件功能介绍,以及扭矩和轴向力的测量不确定度评定,并在实践中得到了成功应用.

Aiming at multi-parameter monitoring requirements of a variety of models of automobile steering system test platform, this study developed a set of multifunctional parameters on-line real-time monitoring system. This paper introduces the main function of hardware and software, and the measurement uncertainty evaluation of the torque and axial force. The system was applied successfully in practice.
