根据是否表达CD5分子B淋巴细胞可分为CD5+B淋巴细胞与CD5-B淋巴细胞2个亚群,CD5+B淋巴细胞以其争议性的来源、独特的表型、分泌多样性抗体,以及在免疫性血细胞减少症中所起的作用与CD5-B淋巴细胞有显著区别.笔者拟就CD5+B淋巴细胞的结构、功能、活性及活化通路、其与免疫性血细胞减少症的关系进行综述.
根據是否錶達CD5分子B淋巴細胞可分為CD5+B淋巴細胞與CD5-B淋巴細胞2箇亞群,CD5+B淋巴細胞以其爭議性的來源、獨特的錶型、分泌多樣性抗體,以及在免疫性血細胞減少癥中所起的作用與CD5-B淋巴細胞有顯著區彆.筆者擬就CD5+B淋巴細胞的結構、功能、活性及活化通路、其與免疫性血細胞減少癥的關繫進行綜述.

According to the expression of CD5 molecule,B lymphocyte can be divided into CD5+ and CD5-lymphocyte.CD5+ B lymphocyte has controversial origin and characteristic phenotype,and secrets auto-antibodies evolved in autoimmunic cytopenia.This article reviews literatures on the structure,function,activity and signaling pathway of CD5+ B lymphocyte,and the relationship of CD5+ B lymphocyte and autoimmunic cytopenia.
