为揭示云南苦荞种质资源多样性,发掘苦荞资源中的有益基因,利用主成分分析和聚类分析,对收集的63个苦荞种质资源的12个农艺性状进行了多样性分析。结果表明,在云南苦荞资源中遗传多样性很丰富,其中株粒质量的遗传变异系数达到33.2%。应用主成分分析将云南苦荞12个性状简化为7个主成分,其累积贡献率为89.14%。采用系统聚类分析,将63份供试材料在遗传距离19.39水平上可聚为3个大类,可区分为生育期较长型、生育期中等、生育期较短型。其中第2类的株高适中、生育期适中、千粒质量大,综合性状表现较好,是选育优良品种(系)的理想材料。

12 agronomic characters of 63 F.tataricum resources collected in Yunnan were investigated and analyses of principal component and cluster were conducted in order to identify the diversity of F.tataricum germaplasm and find the beneficial genes.The results showed that abundant genetic diversity existed in the F. tataricum in Yunnan,and the coefficient of variation for seed yield was up to 33.2%.The analysis of principal components showed that twelve traits were simplified into seven principal components( over 89.14%contribu-tion) .The results of the cluster analysis indicated that all of the accessions could be classified into 3 clusters ( including the longer growing period type,the medium growing type and short growth period type) at the level of GD 19.39 GroupⅡhad moderate height,moderate growth period,large grain weight,and good comprehensive traits,hence the rational material for breeding of fine varieties( lines) .
