植物激素在果实的整个生长发育过程中发挥着极为重要的作用，调控着果实生长发育的各个方面。本文介绍了葡萄果实中激素的种类、功能及含量变化特点，综述了相关激素在葡萄果实发育与成熟过程中的作用方式及研究现状，发现不同激素在果实发育过程中的作用存在较大差异，其功能的发挥与其使用时期和浓度之间存在紧密联系，赤霉素、生长素和细胞分裂素有利于延迟果实成熟；脱落酸有利于促进果实成熟；对于乙烯而言，于果实发育早期处理会延迟果实成熟，而于果实转色期处理则会促进果实成熟。激素对于果实生长发育的调控主要通过促进或抑制相关基因的表达来实现。最后就存在问题和今后的研究方向进行了讨论与展望，旨在为进一步开展本领域研究提供参考。

Plant hormone plays an important role in the whole growth and development process of fruit, and regulates every aspect of fruit growth and development.In this study,the types,function and content of hor-mones in grape fruit were introduced.The effect and research status of related hormones in the development and ripening process of grape fruit were reviewed.It was found that the functions of different hormones were differ-ent in the development process of fruit,and there was a close relation between the function and the using time and density of hormones.Gibberellins,auxins and cytokinins were unfavourable for the ripening of grape fruit, but abscisic acid was helpful to promote the ripening of grape fruit.For the ethylene,if used in the early stage of fruit development,the maturity would be delayed,but if used in the colour-changing period,the maturity would be promoted.Hormones control of fruit growth and development depended mainly on promoting or delaying the related genes’ expression.Finally,the existing problems and future research orientation were also discussed and prospected,in an attempt to provide information for further studies in the field.
