天然气井累积液量过多是天然气开采所面对的一个重大问题。涡流排水工艺结构简单、施工方便、环保高效,对解决气井积液有很好的应用前景。目前,针对天然气井中涡流排水采气机理及其内部流体流动规律仍缺少理论方面的研究。因此,为了更深入的了解井下天然气流场的一般规律、验证排液采气机理,在此基础上建立了涡流工具的三维立体模型,并使用流体动力学常用计算方法,通过使用 Fluent 多相流 mixture模型对井内流体流动进行数值模拟计算。通过观测井端出口处液体含量以及径态分布规律,观察气液两相流状态及流动轨迹,并分析了涡流工具对天然气井流场的影响规律。揭示涡流工具工作机理,推动认识涡流排水采气工艺的本质,为工艺工况优选提供依据和方向,为涡流排水技术的应用及动力学模拟奠定理论基础。

The liquid loading of gas well is an important issue in exploitation of natural gas. The technic of vortex drainage has good application prospect to solve the gas effusion because the tool is convenient to construct and it plays an important role in the protection of environment, the technic is environmental and efficient. Currently, the mechanism of the vortex drainage and the theory of fluid motion are still missing. Therefore, in order to get better understanding of the general rule of the downhole natural airflow field and verify the drainage mechanism, a three-dimensional structural model of vortex tools was established, the fluid flow was calculated by Fluent based on fluid dynamics and mixture model of multiphase. By monitoring the wellhead liquid content and radial distribution,and observing the state of the gas-liquid flow and the path line, the effect of vortex tool on gas well flow field was analyzed. The study reveals the working mechanism of vortex tools and facilitates understanding of the nature of the vortex drainage process. The paper can provide theoretical basis for application and dynamics simulation of vortex drainage technology.
