合成氨生产中多级压缩级间换热器的结焦是一个普遍存在且急需解决的共性问题。以贵州开磷集团公司合成氨作为研究对象,对结焦现象和结焦机理进行了分析研究。通过对级间换热器中的焦垢及退役结焦换热管进行了 XRD、SEM、IR 以及金相学表征分析,发现原料气杂质硫化氢是影响结焦的主要因素,结焦机理主要以金属催化结焦和硫化氢腐蚀生焦占主导地位,同时还伴有腐蚀和渗碳现象。
閤成氨生產中多級壓縮級間換熱器的結焦是一箇普遍存在且急需解決的共性問題。以貴州開燐集糰公司閤成氨作為研究對象,對結焦現象和結焦機理進行瞭分析研究。通過對級間換熱器中的焦垢及退役結焦換熱管進行瞭 XRD、SEM、IR 以及金相學錶徵分析,髮現原料氣雜質硫化氫是影響結焦的主要因素,結焦機理主要以金屬催化結焦和硫化氫腐蝕生焦佔主導地位,同時還伴有腐蝕和滲碳現象。

In the production of synthetic ammonia, the coking of interstage heat exchangers of the multistage compressor is a widespread and common problem needed to resolve. In this paper, taking synthetic ammonia unit in Guizhou Kailin Group Company as a research object, the phenomenon and mechanism of the coking were analyzed and researched. Through XRD, SEM, IR and characterization metallography analysis of the coke and retired coking heat exchange tube, it’s found that the hydrogen sulfide in the feed gas is the main factor affecting the coking, metal catalytic coking and hydrogen sulfide corrosion coking play a dominant role in coking mechanism, in the meantime, the coking process is accompanied by corrosion and carburizing phenomenon.
