本文运用结构模型对667份问卷进行了统计分析,结果发现:支持性组织氛围对积极情感、控制性组织氛围对消极情感均产生显著影响;积极情感对员工追随力五维度均产生显著正向影响,而消极情感对员工追随力五维度产生正负两种影响;积极情感完全中介支持性组织氛围与员工追随力的关系;消极情感部分中介控制性组织氛围与员工追随力的关系,其中对追随力的进取精神、认知悟性、执行技能维度起负向中介效应,对关系技能、影响力维度起微弱正向中介效应。

본문운용결구모형대667빈문권진행료통계분석,결과발현:지지성조직분위대적겁정감、공제성조직분위대소겁정감균산생현저영향;적겁정감대원공추수력오유도균산생현저정향영향,이소겁정감대원공추수력오유도산생정부량충영향;적겁정감완전중개지지성조직분위여원공추수력적관계;소겁정감부분중개공제성조직분위여원공추수력적관계,기중대추수력적진취정신、인지오성、집행기능유도기부향중개효응,대관계기능、영향력유도기미약정향중개효응。
This study employs a structural model in order to make a statistical analysis through 667 questionnaires.And it finds out that supportive organizational climate has a significant effect on active emotions as well as controlling organiza-tional climate on passive emotions;active emotions have a notably positive effect on the five dimensional construct, while passive emotions bring about both positive and passive influence on the five dimensions;active emotions support interme-diately and completely the relationship between organizational climate and the meditative effect of staff, and the enterpris-ing spirit, cognitive perception, execution skills of the mediating effect execute an inverse intermediate effect, while a weak affirmative meditative effect is executed on relation skills and the ability to influence.
