In this paper, we introduced the concept of the unified credit-extension inventory pledge business and its risk exposure, and then in view of the cooperation and risk aversion of the participants, built the risk apportioning decision-making model for the business, which would transfer the risks among the participants to achieve optimal distribution, and at the same time reduce the overall financial risk of the supply chain and improve the efficiency of cooperation.
