针对物流中心选址方案评价时属性信息的不完全性和不确定性,提出了一种基于区间物元的物流中心选址方案优度评价方法.在构建物元模型时,将区间数引入物元特征量值,提出了一种含有区间数的物元,使其可以更合理地描述不确定性、模糊性的指标信息;同时考虑到客观赋权不能反映主体的主观偏好,而主观赋权不能准确反映评价客体的客观真实性,提出了基于决策者偏好和赋权法一致性的组合赋权法;最后,通过确定某物流中心最优选址的案例,表明了该模型的可行性和有效性.

In this paper, in view of the incompleteness and uncertainty of the attribute information in the evaluation of logistics center location solution, we proposed an evaluation method of the logistics center location plans based on interval matter-element. Then we introduced the specific process of the establishment of the matter-element model and at the end, through an empirical case of a certain logistics center, demonstrated the feasibility and validity of the model.
