利用氧乙炔火焰喷涂工艺,在纯铜表面反应形成高硬度、高耐磨性的 TiO2/Cu 梯度复合涂层。试验结果表明,火焰喷涂反应生成 TiO2/Cu 梯度涂层为典型波浪状多层喷涂组织,涂层组织呈梯度连续变化,梯度层间结合情况良好,无明显界面;涂层与基体有明显的宏观层间界面,结合情况较好。火焰喷涂反应生成的TiO2/Cu 梯度涂层中存在气孔、夹杂等缺陷。

이용양을결화염분도공예,재순동표면반응형성고경도、고내마성적 TiO2/Cu 제도복합도층。시험결과표명,화염분도반응생성 TiO2/Cu 제도도층위전형파랑상다층분도조직,도층조직정제도련속변화,제도층간결합정황량호,무명현계면;도층여기체유명현적굉관층간계면,결합정황교호。화염분도반응생성적TiO2/Cu 제도도층중존재기공、협잡등결함。
The reactive TiO2/Cu FGC with a gradual compositional variation from Cu substrate to TiO2 ceramic surface was made by flame spraying. Experimental results show that the reactive TiO2/Cu FGC made by flame spraying presents a typical wavy multi-layer structure, the coating is gradually transited along the direction of the coating and the bond among the gradient layers, without distinct interfaces. The bond between the coating and the substrate is also well, but there is distinct macro-interface between them. There are small defects in the reactive TiO2/Cu FGC, such as gas hole, impurity, and so on.
