我国是世界上第三大冻土国,冻土地区管道的安全运行对我国能源安全有着重要的意义。基于国内外主要冻土区管道的建设情况,分析了冻土区管道的主要危害:不同特性土壤的差异性冻胀与融沉、季节性土壤温度变化引起的边坡失稳滑坡、温差引起的上浮屈曲。讨论了国内外相关的主要研究成果,给出了的冻土区管道设计方法与工程防护措施。

China owns the third largest area of permafrost in the word. The safe operation of the oil and gas pipelines in permafrost areas has a great influence on the national energy security. Based on the review of the existed pipelines in permafrost areas and research results, frost heave and thaw settlement, thaw slumping, and upheaval buckling caused by temperature difference have been demonstrated as three main threats for pipelines in permafrost areas. Design methods for these circumstances were concluded. At last, some engineering treatment measures were also suggested.
