针对现有车载网络标准对CAN总线应用环境规定不明确的问题,构建了CAN通信网络试验平台,利用USB?CANⅡ双通道CAN分析仪对通讯数据进行采集,并应用CANKING和X-Analyser两款CAN分析软件对3种物理媒介对CAN网络通信特性的影响进行了分析研究.结果表明,在相同工作环境和网络条件下,不同物理媒介对CAN通讯特性的影响存在差别,当CAN仿真节点发送时间间隔≤5 ms时,屏蔽双绞线通讯性能最好;时间间隔≥5 ms时,3种物理媒介的通讯性能相同.

Since existing standards for vehicle network on CAN communication line application of environmental regulations is not clear now, we construct a CAN communication network test platform, in which we make use of USB CAN II dual-channel analyzer to acquire communication data, and use CAN analysis software CANKING and X-Analyser to analyze and study the impact of three physical media on CAN network communication performance. The results show that under the same operating environment and network conditions, the influence of different physical media on CAN communication performance differ, when the transmitting time interval of CAN simulation node is ≤5 ms, the shielded twisted pair cable offers the best communication performance; whereas the three physical media offer the same communication performance if time interval is ≥5 ms.
