本文旨在减少静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)日常配药过程中所存在的药物浪费。首先运用5W1H方法找出配药过程中的浪费因素,进而用鱼骨图分析出主要因素,提出使用商用预混型静脉注射药物和提高配药频率的两种方法,通过实验设计来探究两种方法对减少静脉药物浪费的影响。结果表明,减少浪费的优化措施取得了良好的改进效果,提高了配药流程的效率和实用性。

Aiming at reducing waste during admixture process in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS), 5W1H is employed to analyze waste factors during the admixture process , and a fishbone dia-gram is used to obtain the main factors .The two interventions of using commercial pre-mixed frozen Intra-venous ( IV ) products and increasing IV batching frequency are proposed .Then design of experiment ( DOE) is used to study the impact of the two interventions on reducing waste in PIVAS .The results show that the interventions have made a desired improvement and improved practicability and efficiency during the admixture process .
