为研究进气温度、过量空气系数和发动机转速对汽油均质压燃(HCCI)燃烧稳定性和循环变动的影响,在一台改造后的试验发动机上进行相关试验.试验结果表明,随着进气温度的升高,循环变动较小,最高燃烧压力分布较为集中,进气温度140℃较为合适;汽油HCCI的燃烧循环变动系数对过量空气系数不敏感,随着过量空气系数的增大,最高燃烧压力的出现时刻提前;随着发动机转速增大,循环变动系数变化不大,最高燃烧压力的平均值变大,最高燃烧压力分布集中.
為研究進氣溫度、過量空氣繫數和髮動機轉速對汽油均質壓燃(HCCI)燃燒穩定性和循環變動的影響,在一檯改造後的試驗髮動機上進行相關試驗.試驗結果錶明,隨著進氣溫度的升高,循環變動較小,最高燃燒壓力分佈較為集中,進氣溫度140℃較為閤適;汽油HCCI的燃燒循環變動繫數對過量空氣繫數不敏感,隨著過量空氣繫數的增大,最高燃燒壓力的齣現時刻提前;隨著髮動機轉速增大,循環變動繫數變化不大,最高燃燒壓力的平均值變大,最高燃燒壓力分佈集中.

In order to study the effects of intake temperature, excess air coefficient and engine speed on combustion stability and cyclical variation of gasoline HCCI, relevant tests are conducted on a modified test engine. The results show that, with the increase of intake temperature, the value of cyclical variation becomes small, distribution of the peak firing pressure is concentrated, 140 ℃ is the better intake temperature. Cyclic variations coefficient of gasoline HCCI combustion is insensitive to excess air coefficient. With the increase of excess air coefficient, the time of peak pressure is advanced. With the increase of engine speed, the value of cyclical variation doesn't change obviously, whereas average value of the peak pressure increases, and distribution of the peak firing pressure is concentrated.
