通过柴油机ECU信号和柴油机燃烧输出数据,在Scilab上利用局部线性模型树(LOLIMOT)分析其进气系统物理模型及燃烧放热规律.将转速、扭矩、油耗、进气流量、进气压力、排气温度和排气压力作为输入层,缸内燃烧最大压力、缸内燃烧最高温度、燃烧始点和燃烧终点为输出参数,建立某高压共轨中冷柴油机在线燃烧控制模型.结果表明,当输入参数选为转速、扭矩、油耗时,测试燃烧输出结果与试验值最吻合,相关系数均达到0.95以上,平均误差在10%以内.

With the diesel engine ECU signal and the output data of diesel engine, local linear model tree (LOLIMOT) is used on Scilab to analyze the air intake system physical model and the rule of combustion heat release. With the speed, torque, fuel consumption, intake flow rate, intake pressure, exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure as input layer, maximum cylinder combustion pressure, maximum cylinder combustion temperature, the combustion start point and end point of combustion as output parameters, an online combustion control model for a high pressure common rail inter-cooled diesel engine is established. Results show that when rotational speed, torque, fuel consumption are chosen as the input parameters, the combustion test output results are best consistent with the experimental value, correlation coefficient R is more than 0.95, and the average error is less than 10%.
