立式环模颗粒成型机是一种新型生物质燃料颗粒的生产设备,采用偏心轴压辊式结构,即压辊绕轴转动,与环模接触将物料挤出,压辊成为成型机稳定工作的关键影响因素之一。基于虚拟样机仿真技术,利用有限元分析软件对压辊组件进行静态结构仿真分析,得出在正向与侧向受载情况下,压辊所受最大等效应力小于材料本身许用应力,并且压辊的最大变形量远远小于其压辊的总体尺寸,压辊的强度与刚度可以得到保证,从而验证成型机压辊的结构性能合理性。
立式環模顆粒成型機是一種新型生物質燃料顆粒的生產設備,採用偏心軸壓輥式結構,即壓輥繞軸轉動,與環模接觸將物料擠齣,壓輥成為成型機穩定工作的關鍵影響因素之一。基于虛擬樣機倣真技術,利用有限元分析軟件對壓輥組件進行靜態結構倣真分析,得齣在正嚮與側嚮受載情況下,壓輥所受最大等效應力小于材料本身許用應力,併且壓輥的最大變形量遠遠小于其壓輥的總體呎吋,壓輥的彊度與剛度可以得到保證,從而驗證成型機壓輥的結構性能閤理性。

Vertical pellets forming machine with circular mould is a new kind of biomass pellets forming equip-ment,it uses eccentric shaft structure in pressure roller component. Biomass pellets squeezed from circular mould to make out pellets by contacted with roller,when the eccentric shaft rotates. In conclusion,it is one of key factor in forming machine,and influences its effective operation. Based on virtual prototyping simulation technology,it analyzes roller by the static structural simulation software. It concludes that the maximum equivalent stress of roller is less than its permissible stress,and the maximum deformation of roller is less than its the overall size in the case of the forward and lateral load. So the strength and stiffness of the roller can be guaranteed,and verify its structural rationality.
