考虑投资与成本,开展了低渗透率岩心伤害评价实验,结果表明钻井液对储层的伤害程度最大,达到60%以上;在系列流体流动实验中,当钻井、射孔均不保护,只在压裂环节采取保护措施时,岩心的最终伤害率为32.92%,仅比各环节均采取保护措施时的伤害率多20%,结合经济效益分析认为,钻井、射孔均不保护,在压裂环节保护可作为低渗透油层保护的一项策略。

Taking the investment and costs into account, the evaluation experiment of low-permeability core damage was carried out, and the results indicated that the damage level of drilling fluid to reservoir was the highest, exceeding 60%. In series of fluid flow experiments, the drilling and perforation were not protected unless it’s in fracturing process, and the final damage rate of core reached at 32.92%, only 20% more than that in all protection process. After analyzing the economic benefits, it’s pointed out that the drilling and perforation need be not protected, and the protection of fracturing link can be used as a strategy for protecting the low-permeability reservoirs.
