热泵技术可以将油田污水中的低品位热能进行回收,以一小部分能量为代价,将这部分低温热能应用于油田中其他需要热的环节,解决了油田污水余热的浪费问题。总结了大庆、孔店、胜利等油田对热泵系统的应用情况,及热泵系统和换热器的发展现状,对油田今后实施同类节能改造项目具有一定的借鉴意义。

The low-grade heat energy of oilfield sewage can be recycled by heat pump technology. Part of the low-temperature heat energy can be applied in the other section needing heat in oil field, which solves the waste problem of sewage waste heat. In this article, application of the heat pump system in Daqing, Kongdian and Shengli oil fields was summarized, and the current situation of development of heat pump system and heat exchanger was discussed, which could provide certain reference for the implementation of similar energy-saving renovation project in the future.
