以具有不同晶形结构的两种石灰石原矿为研究对象,通过改变煅烧温度和保温时间获得不同活度的煅烧产物,借助X射线衍射分析煅烧产物的物相组成,依靠扫描电子显微镜观测其微观形貌,以酸碱滴定法测量其活度,考察原矿中石灰石结晶形貌对石灰石分解的影响。结果表明:层状结构的石灰石比颗粒状结构的石灰石具有更高的热分解温度,且分解速率较慢;在相同的煅烧条件下,前者的煅烧产物较后者具备更高的活性。在相同的煅烧温度下保温60 min时,CaO晶体具有疏松的多孔结构并且存在大量的缺陷,此时的活度最高,活度值达到328.6 mL。

이구유불동정형결구적량충석회석원광위연구대상,통과개변단소온도화보온시간획득불동활도적단소산물,차조X사선연사분석단소산물적물상조성,의고소묘전자현미경관측기미관형모,이산감적정법측량기활도,고찰원광중석회석결정형모대석회석분해적영향。결과표명:층상결구적석회석비과립상결구적석회석구유경고적열분해온도,차분해속솔교만;재상동적단소조건하,전자적단소산물교후자구비경고적활성。재상동적단소온도하보온60 min시,CaO정체구유소송적다공결구병차존재대량적결함,차시적활도최고,활도치체도328.6 mL。
Based on two limestone of different crystalline structure as the research object,by changing the cal-cining temperature and holding time for different activity of calcined product,with the X-ray diffraction analy-sis characterize the phase composition of the calcined product,rely on the scanning electron microscope obser-vation its microstructure,with acid-base titration measurement activity,studying the effect limestone crystal morphology on limestone decomposition.The results showed that:Layers structure of limestone than granular structure of limestone has higher thermal decomposition temperature,and the decomposition rate is slow. Un-der the condition of the same calcination,The calcined product of the former have a higher activity than the latter. In this experiment,at the same calcination temperature insulate 60 min,CaO crystal has a loose and po-rous structure,there are a large number of defects,at this time,the activity is highest,up to 328.6 ml.
