从停车资源共享理念出发,研究居住区泊位对外共享服务能力评估模型.首先分析了实施停车泊位共享的基本条件,然后分析了居住区的泊位空闲特性,在此基础上构建了停车泊位共享服务能力评估模型,并应用统计学方法对模型参数的取值、分布规律进行了拟合分析.统计结果表明,相邻两车进出泊位平均用时为62.6 s.数据拟合结果表明,居住区泊位空闲时间服从负指数分布,共享车辆停放时间服从Gamma分布.为保证模型实用性,给出了泊位状态参数.Gamma分布形状参数、标度参数的参考数据.算例估算结果表明:居住区停车泊位共享能够为毗邻建筑提供相当于居住区泊位55%左右的停车泊位资源.

Considering from the ideology of parking resources sharing, the residential parking spaces shared service capability assessment model is researched. First, the basic conditions of sharing parking are analyzed, then the available characteristics of parking spaces are analyzed. On this basis, a sharing parking service capacity assessment model is proposed, model parameter values and distribution rules are studied by the statistical analysis method. Statistical result shows that, the average time of the adjacent vehicles in and out of the parking space is about 62.6 seconds. The parking data fitted results show that residential areas parking space available time obey Negative Exponential Distribution, parking time of the sharing vehicle obey Gamma Distribution. In order to guarantee the practicability of the model, this paper provides reference data for available parking state parameters, shape and scale parameter values of the Gamma Distribution. The example result shows that the residential sharing parking can provide about 55%residential parking spaces resources for its adjacent buildings.
