In this paper, on the basis of the supply chain management practice of the State Grid Jibei Electricity Co., Ltd., we discussed the measures to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain of the power grid companies and reduce their operational cost, and at the end, illustrated the feasibility of the method through an empirical case.
