目的:分析降钙素原(PCT)与C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测对老年人感染性疾病的应用.方法:比较分析重度细菌性感染39例、一般细菌性感染52例、病毒性感染48例及非感性疾病60例的PCT、CRP检测结果的差异.结果:重度细菌性感染(Ⅰ组)、一般细菌性感染(Ⅱ组)的PCT水平均比病毒性感染(Ⅲ组)和非感染性疾病(对照组,Ⅳ组)明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CRP在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组上的水平均比IV组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但这三组两两之间的CRP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:PCT和CRP均与老年人感染性疾病密切相关,联合检测有更大的临床应用价值.

Objective:To analyze the application of the combined detection of Procalcitoin(PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in elderly infectious disease. Method:To study the differences between the testing results of PCT and CRP with severe bacterial infections 39 cases, general bacterial infections 52 cases, viral infection 48 cases and non-infectious diseases 60 cases.Result:PCT levels of severe bacterial infections (group Ⅰ) and general bacterial infections(group Ⅱ)significantly higher than those of viral infection group (group Ⅲ)and non-infectious diseases(control group,group Ⅳ), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);CRP levels in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were higher than that in group Ⅳ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the three groups of CRP between comparison,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:PCT and CRP are closely associated with the elderly infectious diseases, the combined detection has greater value.
