针对双拉杆起重臂的平面外稳定性分析问题,提出了一种解析方法。该方法考虑拉杆固支点侧向柔性对臂架稳定性的影响,引入无量纲侧向刚度系数表征固支点对臂架牵索的侧向约束,由临界状态臂架变形微分方程导出臂架平面外失稳特征方程及其临界力,解析结果与ANSYS数值结果完全吻合。文中还进一步探讨了在固支点侧向刚度两种极限情况下以及双拉杆起重臂向单拉杆退化时失稳特征方程的表达形式,分析了固支点侧向刚度对臂架稳定性的影响。结果表明,适度增大吊臂固支点侧向刚度可显著提高起重臂的稳定承载能力,但刚度增大到一定程度时,固支点侧向刚度对臂架稳定性的影响趋于平稳。
針對雙拉桿起重臂的平麵外穩定性分析問題,提齣瞭一種解析方法。該方法攷慮拉桿固支點側嚮柔性對臂架穩定性的影響,引入無量綱側嚮剛度繫數錶徵固支點對臂架牽索的側嚮約束,由臨界狀態臂架變形微分方程導齣臂架平麵外失穩特徵方程及其臨界力,解析結果與ANSYS數值結果完全吻閤。文中還進一步探討瞭在固支點側嚮剛度兩種極限情況下以及雙拉桿起重臂嚮單拉桿退化時失穩特徵方程的錶達形式,分析瞭固支點側嚮剛度對臂架穩定性的影響。結果錶明,適度增大弔臂固支點側嚮剛度可顯著提高起重臂的穩定承載能力,但剛度增大到一定程度時,固支點側嚮剛度對臂架穩定性的影響趨于平穩。

Proposed in this paper is an analytical method for the out-of-plane stability analysis of crane jib with double rods.In this method, the effect of lateral flexibility of the fixed joint on the jib stability is considered , and a dimensionless lateral stiffness coefficient is introduced to measure the lateral constraint .Then, by establishing the deformation differential equation in the critical state , the characteristic equations of out-of-plane instability and the corresponding critical force are deduced .It is found that the analytical results are completely consistent with the ANSYS simulation results .Moreover , the expressions of the characteristic equations , respectively in two limited lateral stiffness conditions of the fixed joint and in the degradation case of the jib to single rod , are discussed , and the influence of lateral stiffness of the fixed joint on the stability of the jib is analyzed .The results show that a suit-able increment of the lateral stiffness may significantly improve the stability of the jib until the lateral stiffness rea -ches a certain value .
