针对城市生活垃圾收运中的车辆故障问题,根据干扰管理思想,提出干扰辨识方法和基于初始计划偏离的扰动度量方法,并以最小化与原方案偏差为目标,构建了干扰管理模型。最后,通过对实例问题进行仿真实验,并与传统干扰处理方法进行对比,验证了干扰管理模型的有效性和优越性。

To solve the vehicle failure problem in municipal domestic waste collection and transportation , a method of identifying disruption and measuring the disturbance caused by the initial plan deviation is put forward based on the disruption management theory .A garbage collector and vehicle disruption manage-ment schedule is established aiming at minimizing the deviation with the original plan .In the end , through the comparison of the experimental results with the schedule , the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm are proved .
