干法腈纶纺丝原液中盐沉淀主要取决于聚合物中 NaHS04浓度、NaKS04浓度、DMF 水解速度和强酸(H2S04)的存在。因此,应特别注意提高水洗的效果,以减少聚合物中 NaHS04含量;严格工艺操作,避免聚合物中残余钾量的增加,尽量使 Na2S04的结晶发生在压滤机前,避免 DMF 中强酸的存在。
榦法腈綸紡絲原液中鹽沉澱主要取決于聚閤物中 NaHS04濃度、NaKS04濃度、DMF 水解速度和彊痠(H2S04)的存在。因此,應特彆註意提高水洗的效果,以減少聚閤物中 NaHS04含量;嚴格工藝操作,避免聚閤物中殘餘鉀量的增加,儘量使 Na2S04的結晶髮生在壓濾機前,避免 DMF 中彊痠的存在。

Salt precipitation of original fluid for dry acrylic spinning depends on concentration of NaHSO4 and concentration of NaKSO4 in polymer, content of H2SO4 and DMF hydrolysis rate. Consequently, water-washing effect should be especially improved in order to reduce concentration of NaHSO4 in polymer. And process operation should be enhanced in order to prevent from increasing of residue potassium quantity in polymer. As far as possible crystallization of Na2SO4 forms before press-filter machine process, existence of H2SO4 in DMF should be avoided.
