以黄须菜籽油为原料生产共轭亚油酸的中试条件为:共轭化反应的温度185~190℃,共轭化反应时间2~3 h,共轭化反应使用催化剂得量20(w/w 油重);用尿素包合分离纯化亚油酸的工艺条件:包合温度-10℃、包合时间6 h、脂肪酸/尿素/甲醇比(W/W/V)126;超临界 CO2萃取压力30 MPa,温度60℃,萃取时间3 h。
以黃鬚菜籽油為原料生產共軛亞油痠的中試條件為:共軛化反應的溫度185~190℃,共軛化反應時間2~3 h,共軛化反應使用催化劑得量20(w/w 油重);用尿素包閤分離純化亞油痠的工藝條件:包閤溫度-10℃、包閤時間6 h、脂肪痠/尿素/甲醇比(W/W/V)126;超臨界 CO2萃取壓力30 MPa,溫度60℃,萃取時間3 h。

Conjugated linoleic acid was prepared from suueda sulsa seed oil, suitable preparation conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 185~190℃,reaction time 2~3 h,catalyst dosage 20(w/w heavy oil);urea inclusion separation and purification process conditions of linoleic acid are as follows: inclusion temperature -10℃,inclusion time 6 h,fatty acids / urea / methanol ratio (W/W/V) 1 2 6;supercritical CO2 extraction pressure 30 MPa, temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 3 h.
