采用芬顿法对某化学工业园综合污水处理厂的二沉池出水进行深度处理,以期进一步去除出水中的 COD、氨氮和总磷。通过改变原水 pH 值、反应时间、H2O2与 Fe2+的质量比和加药量,探讨最佳运行参数,指导实际运行。结果表明,芬顿法对该废水中的 COD 有很好的去除效果,同时能够去除少量的总磷。但是,该方法不能去除水中的氨氮。该方法的最佳运行参数是 pH 为5.0,H2O2与 Fe2+投加比例为1∶1,H2O2与 Fe2+投加量为0.3 mL 和0.5 g,反应时间为60 min。

Fenton was employed to deeply treat effluent from secondary sedimentation tank of a chemical industrial park comprehensive sewage treatment plant, so as to further remove COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus. The best operation parameters of this method were investigated through changing pH value of raw water, reaction time and dosage as well as mass ratio of H2O2 and Fe2+. The results show that good removal efficiency of COD and removal of total phosphorus can simultaneously be acquired by Fenton method, but ammonia nitrogen cannot be removed by Fenton method. The best operation parameters are as follows:pH value 5,mass ratio between H2O2 and Fe2+ 1:1, the dosage of H2O2 and Fe2+ are 0.3 mL and 0.5 g, and reaction time 60 min.
