国产异戊橡胶 IR 60、IR 80，按照国家标准物质研制技术规范，在 ML（1+4）100℃下进行了门尼粘度稳定性与均匀性检验和评价。评价结果表明：异戊橡胶 IR 60、IR 80门尼粘度均匀性检验其统计值为1.02和1.42，均不大于临界值2.31，异戊橡胶 IR 60、IR 80样品在1年的稳定性考察期内，统计值远小于临界值4.30，异戊橡胶 IR 60、IR 80样品稳定。门尼粘度均匀和稳定的异戊橡胶 IR 60、IR 80符合标准物质研制的需要。

Mooney viscosity stability and homogeneity test and evaluation of domestic isoprene rubber IR 60 and IR 80 were carried out under the ML(1+4)100 ℃ according to the national standard material specification. The evaluation results show that, the statistical values of isoamyl rubber IR 60, IR 80 Mooney viscosity homogeneity test are 1.02 and 1.42, and are less than the critical value of 2.31; the statistical values of isoamyl rubber IR 60 and IR 80 samples in the stability period of 1 year are far less than the critical value 4.30, so isoprene rubber IR 60 and IR 80 samples are stable. The isoamyl rubber IR 60 and IR 80 can meet the need of the development of standard reference material.
