针对玻璃窑炉用气压力高于管网供气压力的问题,为了保证天然气的安全输送,设计了以 PLC 为控制核心,采用组态软件设计界面的玻璃窑炉用气管道的多参量监测系统,实现了对增压后的管道内压力、流量、温度等参数的实时在线监测,满足了玻璃窑炉的用气安全与燃气管网供给技术要求.
針對玻璃窯爐用氣壓力高于管網供氣壓力的問題,為瞭保證天然氣的安全輸送,設計瞭以 PLC 為控製覈心,採用組態軟件設計界麵的玻璃窯爐用氣管道的多參量鑑測繫統,實現瞭對增壓後的管道內壓力、流量、溫度等參數的實時在線鑑測,滿足瞭玻璃窯爐的用氣安全與燃氣管網供給技術要求.

For gas pressure of glass furnace is higher than the supply pressure of the pipe network , in order to ensure the safe transport of the natural gas , a multi-parameter monitoring system for glass kiln gas pipeline has been designed and applied , in which PLC is the control center and configuration software is adopted to design interface and the pressurized pipe pressure , flow , temperature and other parameters of the real-time online monitoring have been realized in order to provide protection for gas safety glass furnace and meet the technical requirements of the production process .
