不完全齿轮机构是将主动轮的等速连续转动转换为从动轮的规律间歇转动.从动轮的动停比不受机构结构的限制,制造方便,但是每次间歇运动的开始和结束都会产生冲击,故不完全齿轮机构一般只用于低速,轻载及机构冲击不影响正常工作的场合[1].为了改善不完全齿轮的传动性能,使其能适用于较高速的场合,在不完全齿轮的基础上装配缓冲凸轮机构.通过对应用于常见分度机构的不完全齿轮及其缓冲凸轮的设计,利用 Pro/E 参数化建模和 ADAMS 仿真,验证了其作为间歇机构的运动特性,并且对比了不完全齿轮机构在有无缓冲装置前后传动特性的变化.

The incomplete gear mechanism is used to convert constant velocity and continuous movement of the capstan rotates to an intermittent and regular rotation of the driven wheel . The motion-stand ratio of driven wheel is unlimited by institutional structures and the wheel is facilitated to manufacture , but its drawback is that each time the start and end of the intermittent movement will produce a dramatic impact . The incomplete gear mechanism is generally used for low-speed , light-load and the place where the impact will not affect the normal operation . The buffer cam mechanism is assembled on the basis of the incomplete gear assembly to improve the transmission performance of the incomplete gear mechanism , making partial gear be applied to the case of a higher speed . This paper by means of the design of the incomplete gear mechanism and its buffer cam based on Pro/E and ADAMS , verified the motion characteristics of the incomplete mechanism and contrasted with a buffer cam .
