利用已有的一种新型链轮齿形的数学模型,借助于 Matlab 丰富的数学函数编程语言,将链轮齿形数学模型绘制成精确的空间三维曲线,然后将处理后的数据传送给 Proe ,通过 Proe 的三维建模功能实现新型链轮齿形模型建立,最后利用 Proe的数控加工模块产生 NC代码.

Using the existing mathematical model of a new sprocket teeth profile , by means of the amount of mathematical function programming language of Matlab , this paper aims to draw the sprocket teeth profile mathematical model into a precise 3D space curve , which can transmit the processed data to the Proe . Through the three-dimensional modeling function of Proe the establishment of new sprocket teeth model can be achieved . At last , the NC codes through NC machining module in Proe can be achieved .
