以T10钢为研究对象,通过性能测试,对比研究了水—空双介质交替淬火,水淬和油淬这三种工艺对钢的组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明水—空交替淬火能够有效的减少钢内组织应力的产生,减少裂纹,同时钢体的冲击韧性明显提高,综合力学性能变好.

Taking the T10 steel as the research object , through the performance test , the effects of water-air double medium alternative quenching ,water quenching and oil quenching three kinds of process on microstructure and mechanical properties of the T10 steel were com-paratively studied . The results showed that: water-air alternative quenching can effectively reduce the quenching stress of microstructure of steel , prevent quenching crack , and obviously improve the impact toughness of steel body at the same time, so the comprehensive me-chanical properties can be improved greatly .
