设计了基于eTPU协处理器的多脉冲燃油喷射控制系统和基于结构体数组的多脉冲喷射控制算法,并在EFS油泵试验台和发动机台架上进行了多次脉冲喷射试验。结果表明,设计的多脉冲控制系统实现了一次中断多达10次触发喷油的功能,且多脉冲喷射次数、喷射间隔和脉冲宽度独立可调,形成可调制的多脉冲喷射模式,充分发挥了eTPU超强的定时处理能力,减轻了CPU和外部硬件配置的负担。

An eTPU coprocessor-based multi-pulse fuel injection control system and its corresponding algo-rithm based on structure array are designed, and the multi-purse injection tests on both EFS fuel pump tester and engine test bench are conducted. The results show that the multi-pulse injection control system designed fulfills the function of triggering up to 10 injections in an interrupt, with the number and interval of injection and purse width adjustable independently, forming a modulable multi-pulse injection mode, which gives full play the powerful timing processing capabilities of eTPU and reduces the burdens on CPU and other peripheral devices.
